- A smartphone with the enviolo AUTOMATiQ app installed:
- Android 8 or higher - Download from Google Play Store.
- iOS 13 or higher - Download from Apple App Store.
- An AHI configuration QR code:
- You can request one via the QR request form.
Configuration instructions
- Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone.
- Open the enviolo AUTOMATiQ app on your smartphone.
- Turn on the e-bike drive system.
- On the Devices List panel, tap on your AUTOMATiQ hub interface.
- If you’re connecting to an AUTOMATiQ hub interface for the first time, then you need to pair it first.

To activate pairing mode, press the white button on the AUTOMATiQ (A) for 3 seconds until it starts blinking blue. The AUTOMATiQ will then show in the Devices List. More details on this pairing guide.
- Once you get to the main screen, the Settings panel, tap on SCAN QR.
- On the Scan QR panel, press again on SCAN QR.
- A brand new interface will require an AHI Configuration file. To get an AUTOMATiQ configuration for you bicycle model, you will need to scan a QR code from the bike manufacturer which will give you the correct configuration for your bicycle model. You can request this QR code via our QR request form.
- Make sure to give the App permission to access the camera.
- Scan the QR Code to upload the configuration.
