How to fix unstable AUTOMATiQ bluetooth connection with BOSCH Smart System (error code 1B7610)
If you are a bike owner please follow the steps below.
Resolve error code 1B7610
Error code 1B7610 indicates that the connection between the enviolo AUTOMATIQ (eshift) and the Bosch system is lost. When this happens you will not be able to adjust the cadence setpoint via the Bosch remote. To resolve this all systems must be updated to the latest firmware. When this is done we see that almost all issues are resolved. As a bike owner, you cannot update your Bosch firmware but you will be able to update the enviolo firmware via the enviolo app.
- Check your enviolo AUTOMATiQ firmware and make sure this is V12 or newer. Please follow the instructions here to update your system.
- If you had to update the enviolo system, please make sure to turn the bike off and on again. Check if the connection is stable.
- If the connection is not stable you can re-connect the enviolo AUTOMATiQ interface to the Bosch Smart System. For this you need to use the Bosch Flow app. Go to eBike -> components -> remove the enviolo eshift and add a new device -> choose "other". To allow the connection you must press the white button on the enviolo AUTOMATiQ interface for 2-3 seconds until it starts blinking blue.
- After the connection is made turn the bike off and back on again and check if the connection works.
If the issues persist please go back to your retailer since they have additional configuration options for your eBike system and will be able to help you.
