The cadence setpoint point error is coming up on eBikes with the previous Bosch system generation, while conducting the latest enviolo update via the app (Status: September 2024). This happens because the enviolo bike configuration given to the AUTOAMTiQ system defaults on a cadence setpoint, when this is not the same setpoint as given in the Bosch display this error will appear,but your system works as intended and you can simply disregard it. 

Solution

We are working on a solution for this error and it will be resolved in the upcoming app release. When the app is released this article will be updated. 

When this error becomes a big issue and you cannot wait for the newest firmware, please go to your retailer and they can request a new configuration with another default cadence setpoint. Important is that you inform the retailer about your desired default cadence setpoint.
