This can be checked in the enviolo app. You need to connect with the enviolo app first.

How to connect with the enviolo app?
AUTOMATiQ configuration
The AUTOMATiQ configuration is what the enviolo system is using, next to two sensors, to calculate the shifting based on the enviolo Automatic algorithm. When this configuration is either missing or incorrect will result in no shifting or bad shifting behaviour. Having the correct configuration is very important. With the latest enviolo firmware (V12/R48 or higher) the bike will not shift if the configuration is missing.
When connected to the enviolo AUTOMATiQ system you can check the middle section at the bottom of the app navigation bar, this is the 'Info' page and should look similar to this:
If these fields are empty it means that the configuration is missing and will mean that the bike is not performing well. When these fields are filled with the correct brand and model the correct AUTOMATiQ configuration is flashed.
The configuration is missing or incorrect
If these fields are empty or incorrect it is important to go back to your retailer or the place where you have purchased the bike. They can flash the correct firmware for you or contact enviolo support.
The configuration is flashed but the bike is not performing accurately
If this is the case it could be that the configuration in the enviolo back end is set up with a different sprocket, chainring and/or wheelsize compared to what is actually on the bike. In this case, it is important to contact your retailer or the place where you have purchased the bike. They can contact enviolo support to check the configuration and potentially adjust it.
