Items that are defective, arrive damaged or are non-functioning should be returned for replacement within two (2) years of the purchase date (or within the warranty of the specific product being returned, if longer).  We will pay the costs associated with returning and replacing defective or damaged items.  Buyer may also return a non-defective product and receive a credit to be used to purchase one or more other products within two (2) weeks of purchase.  

All returns must be confirmed by contacting our Customer Service Department and obtaining a return authorization number prior to returning the product.   
 
To receive a credit for a returned item that is not defective, damaged, or non-functioning, the Buyer shall have unpacked or used the product only to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and operation of the product consistent with the terms of any applicable warranty.  Buyer shall bear all of the costs of returning the product. We do not refund any shipping charges the Buyer paid as part of the product return and exchange for credit.
