Clicking sound from rear belt cog can be perceived |
Check the Gates sprocket type. It must be the enviolo specific sure-fit version. If not replace the belt cog. If it is the correct belt cog check for play on the freewheel (Gates & CONTI) and if necessary replace the freewheel |

Noisy sprocket |
Noise can be perceived from the sprocket |
Check the assembly and ensure that the correct components (3/32“chain, sprocket and spacer) are used. If everything is correct, replace the sprocket. It might have been caused by manufacturing defect or wear |

If the noise persists, please clean the freewheel and if noise persists replace the freewheel. It might have been caused by manufacturing defect or wear |

Slipping/Jumping |
It feels like the IGH is slipping |
Make sure that the correct chain tension is set and also that the components don’t show any signs of wear |

It feels like the Internal Gear Hub is slipping and then engages again |
Check the freewheel pawls and clean the freewheel assembly and reinstall it using a medium weight oil. In case the pawls are damaged replace the freewheel assembly |

Hub drag |
It feels like there is resistance from the Internal Gear Hub |
It could be sealed bearings at the start of the lifetime. The break-in period is ~100 km. |

Difficult to pedal |

Blocking shift system |
The Internal Gear Hub seems to be locked up at either full overdrive or full underdrive |
