- Rotate both barrel adjusters equally, counterclockwise.
- Cable slack can be adjusted with the barrel adjusters (A) on the controller.
- Cable slack can be adjusted with the barrel adjusters (A) on the controller.
- Ensure a cable slack between 0.5-1mm (B).
- Pulling lightly by the cable housing at the controller, to verify the slack.
- ~0.5mm of slack is ideal.
- More than 2.0mm cable slack decreases shift performance and cable durability.
- For rear wheel removal, additional cable slack may be desired to ease shift cable hardware removal.
You should now have the right cable slack from smooth shifting.
