If, when pedalling, you hear a plastic click sound, see below what you can do.

Problem

Upon inspection, you detect one of the following:

• You hear a click sound once per wheel rotation, coming from the hub’s rim brake adapter.
• The rim brake adapter cover of your 135mm solid axle hub (Urban, City, Trekking) is damaged, which may be causing the noise.

Solution

Follow these steps:

1. Check if the rim brake adapter cover is fitted correctly.
2. If the rim brake adapter is not fitted correctly, press the cover into place.
3. If the error persists, replace the cover.

When done, you should have a noiseless wheel rotation.
