If the problem persists
Try re-connecting
If you still get the error code, please re-connect the Enviolo Automatic and Bosch Smart system. You can do it in two different ways:
Using the Bosch Diagnostic tool
- Remove Enviolo Automatic as the eShift component via the or Bosch Flow App and pair it again;
- Wait 20 seconds for the connection to be established;
- If the error message returns immediately, try cross-testing the LED Remote and the Enviolo Automatic.
Using the Bosch Flow app
- Go to eBike -> components -> remove the enviolo eshift;
- Then add a new device -> choose "other";
- Press the white button on the Enviolo Automatic for 2-3 seconds until it starts blinking blue;
- The flow app should offer you an Enviolo Automatic interface to connect.
Other things to try
Check that the Bosch LED remote is charged. If the battery charge is too low, there is a chance that Bluetooth connection will fail. The battery is charged automatically when the bike is powered on within couple of minutes. Alternatively, Bosch LED remote can be charged with a USB-C compatible charger.
If you keep having an error message in the Bosch Diagnostic Tool, make sure to reach out to Bosch.
If the Bosch Diagnostic Tool is stuck in a connection loop, disconnect the cable from the Enviolo Automatic, remove Enviolo Automatic via Bosch Diagnostic Tool, connect the cable to Enviolo Automatic and pair it again.
