Problem diagnosis

The cables inside the controller are locked up or have loosened.

Solution

1. The cables might have been damaged through too much tension, leading them to not run smoothly.
2. Replace the shift cables.

3. Should this have happened in a regular ride occurrence, we recommend upgrading to a Twist Pro controller variant, which has higher over-torque protection.
