Starting on August 10, 2020, we have established a specific solution for our US-based customers to ensure the best possible service performance for the North American market.
Quality Bike Products (QBP) will take over our warranty processing in the US. To keep things simple QBP & enviolo have focused on keeping the processes as similar as possible.
Step-by-step instructions
Find the full downloadable process description here, otherwise follow the steps below:
1 - Gather all necessary product information
Please have the following documents ready:
- Bicycle brand/model
- Date of sale
- Frame number
- eBike-System (Brand, Motor, Belt/Chain)
- enviolo shift system and Firmware
- Description of the problem
- Serial number of defective parts (when applicable)
Serial number locations (last 2 years)
CVPs
All CVPs (hubs, gearboxes) have serial numbers. Depending on the model, they are printed either on the axle flats or the CVP shell.
AUTOMATiQ hub interface
The AUTOMATiQ hub interface has the serial number on a sticker underneath.
2 - Submit your warranty claim
North America
Use the QBP warranty form to submit a claim in USA and Canada. This will give the fastest possible processing time.
Europe and worldwide
For other global locations, see the guide - Warranty Process - Europe and Worldwide.
3 - Send the defective item
Mark the defective product with the ticket number given via the online warranty form.
Please use the UPS label QBP provides, or ship to this address:

4 - Check your service request
Your service request will be verified by QBP and the defective product will be tested.
