Under high loads and/or torques the hub can not or is limited in shifting. 

Problem diagnosis

Under high loads and/or torques the hub can not or is limited in shifting and will only shift, once the force on the pedals is reduced.

Solution 

The hub in general is able to shift, but if shift forces get higher, the interface can not handle the force. Please reduce the force on the pedals so that the interface is able to shift again. 

This will not happen with newer, more powerful Enviolo Automatic interfaces (i.e. AutomatiQ).

If the problem persists

If you are still facing issues, it might be necessary to follow the steps for retrofitting.
