Solution
To fix the problem, follow these steps:
- Ensure the drive system is turned on.
- Check all hardware components (cable connections, hub interface).
- Uninstall and reinstall the enviolo desktop software tool.
- Connect the USB directly to the computer without a USB multi-plug or extension.
