If when pedalling you feel a grinding sensation, see below what you can do.

Problem

Upon inspection, you detect one of the following:

• A grumbly or grind sensation that can be felt through the pedals.
• A pedalling sensation that resembles sandpaper or a “buzzy” ride feel.

Solution

If the hub is within 2 years of age, return the hub or wheel using the warranty request form. Enviolo hubs are closed containers and need to be sent back for closer inspection.

With a hub still in warranty, you should have sent it to Enviolo Service for inspection.
