Backward compatibility

This guide is compatible with legacy 135mm solid axle hubs (Commercial/CO, Sportive/SP, Cargo/CA, N360, N380, N380SE), and 148mm modular axle hubs (Sportive/SP, and Cargo/CA).

Problem

Upon inspection, you detect one of the following:

• A grumbly or grind sensation that can be felt through the pedals.
• A pedalling sensation that resembles sandpaper or a “buzzy” ride feel.

Solution

If the hub is within 2 years of age, return the hub or wheel using the warranty request form. enviolo hubs are closed containers and need to be sent back for closer inspection.

Done

With a hub still in warranty, you should have sent it to Enviolo Service for closer inspection.
