Backward compatibility

This guide is compatible with legacy 135mm solid axle hubs (Commercial/CO, Sportive/SP, Cargo/CA, N360, N380, N380SE), and 148mm modular axle hubs (Sportive/SP, and Cargo/CA).

Problem

Upon inspection, you detect one of the following:

• When pedaling, the hub feels like it slips, skips, or jumps.
• The freewheel is dirty or damaged, which might be causing the hub to slip.

Solution

To fix it, follow these steps:

1. Check the freewheel pawls, clean the freewheel internals, and use a medium-weight oil.

2. If the problem persists and the hub is within 2 years of age, return the hub using the warranty request form for closer inspection.

Done

The bicycle should ride smoothly again, or otherwise, the hub has been sent to the Enviolo Service for closer inspection.
