If the Enviolo transmission feels like it's slipping, see below what you can do.

Problem

Upon inspection, you detect one of the following:

• When pedalling, the hub feels like it slips, skips, or jumps.
• The freewheel is dirty or damaged, which might be causing the hub to slip.

Solution

To fix it, follow these steps:

1. Check the freewheel pawls, clean the freewheel internals, and use a medium-weight oil – see detailed instructions;
2. If the problem persists and the hub is within 2 years of age, return the hub using the warranty request form for closer inspection.

The bicycle should ride smoothly again, or otherwise, the hub has been sent to the Enviolo Service for inspection.
