Backward compatibility

Problem
Upon inspection, you detect one of the following:
- A noise is coming from the rear flat or offset sprocket.
- The flat or offset sprocket is missing a spacer or more, causing the noise.
- The sprocket shows signs of wear or manufacturing defect, causing the noise.
- The freewheel is dirty or shows signs of wear or manufacturing defect, causing the noise.
Solution
To fix this noise, follow these steps:
- Check the sprocket components to ensure they’re correct.
- Check if the assembly components are correct, especially if the correct spacers are present.
- If the noise persists, or the sprocket has evident defects or wear, assemble a new sprocket.
- If the noise persists after assembling a new sprocket, clean the freewheel.
- If the noise persists after cleaning the freewheel, assemble a new one.
- If the above recommendations don’t resolve the issue, contact support.
